The name of the place Kaffa, is also accepted as the original origin of coffee's names, due to their resemblance and relativity. From that time, coffee slowly made its way to other countries, and in 15th century, coffee was already being traded in Europe and due to the efforts of these "coffee merchants", coffee became a part of the lives of all the people around the world. And as we all say, the rest of this is history.
With its sudden appearance as a popular beverage, increasingly more researchers took the time to investigate in relation to the plant, and duties for coffee was implemented as well.
